Lessons for L&D from the Health Care Frontlines

The coronavirus pandemic has forced us all to change the way we do things. However, the group most impacted, by far, has been frontline health care workers. These workers have had to quickly adapt and learn to operate in chaos, all while putting their own lives on the line. What lessons can L&D draw from their experiences? How can L&D leverage these lessons in order to develop agile training?

Join us for this complimentary Training Industry webinar, sponsored by MPS Interactive. Your host, Antara Harve, director of learning design, will facilitate a panel discussion with health care experts, including Lori Burns, national vice president of learning at Global Medical Response (GMR) and Gil Salazar, M.D., FACEP, director of emergency medical services at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

This interactive webinar will provide actionable insights on:

  • Lessons learned from frontline health care workers as they apply to L&D.
  • How to cope with and stay focused during the pandemic.
  • Strategies to be agile during chaos.

Date: Thursday, June 11 | Time: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm EST
